UO CHEP DISCOVERIES
The Center for High Energy Physics enhances the experimental and theoretical high energy physics research activities at the University of Oregon. The Center is one of several centers and institutes supported by the Office of the Vice President for Research and Innovation, and maintains a close relationship with the Department of Physics and the Institute of Theoretical Science.
The Center sponsors seminars on topics in high energy physics, hosts visiting scientists, supports graduate student research, facilitates interaction between experimental activities and theoretical investigations of Oregon scientists, and fosters communication of research to a broader community.
