Check-In
There will be an early check-in on Sunday, May 20 in the atrium of Willamette Hall (across 13th Street from the EMU) from 17:00 to 20:00.
Check-in will resume at 07:30 on Monday, May 21 in the EMU
at the registration desk near the Ballroom.
The registration desk is also your main point where you can get help at any time.

Computing
There will be internet access on campus for workshop registrants.
You will receive information on how to connect to the wireless network
in your registration packet.
In addition a limited number of PCs with internet connections will be provided.

Talks must be uploaded (in pdf format) on the conference indico agenda server at least 24 hrs

Student Rec Center
Workshop attendees will be given access to the Student Rec Center (SRC)
by showing a workshop badge. Participants can purchase a guest pass for the usual
fee of $6.00/day. With the workshop badge you will be admitted without
